Quite simply the best uraninite specimen I have ever seen from this obscure and classic Colorado locality! Very very rare material and way better than anything else I have seen from this long-closed and reclaimed locality (also now on private property!). Measures ~160,000 CPM on my Ludlum Model 3 Counter with the 44-9 “pancake” probe. Rare!
