Very rich, basically solid specimen of colorful, bright-red Kasolite, Fourmarierite, and other so-called “Gummite” group minerals, obviously altered from original uraninite which is now completely gone, from a small find last year of rare secondary uranium minerals at the Shazijiang U deposit, Miaoershan Uranium District, Guilin, Guangxi, China. I was only able to obtain a few specimens of this rare material, and it is some of my favorite material from this significant uranium mineral find! Measures ~150,000 CPM on my Ludlum Model 3 Counter with the 44-9 probe. Rare!
