Excellent large, partial tabular crystal of brownish-tan Bastnasite-(Ce) from Ambositra, Ramainandro, Faratsiho, Vakinankaratra, Madagascar. Exceptional example of this uncommon REE mineral from a rare locality, with a label from the noted collection of Ralph Merrill, who acquired this in the 1950’s. Ex. Dr. George Kamin collection. Rare!!
