Excellent large well-formed single orthorhombic crystal of black Aeschynite-(Y) with a thin yellow coating from the Clora May Pegmatite, Trout Creek Pass, Chaffee County, Colorado, USA. Unusually well-formed for this locality and quite large too with an impressive “heft” in the hand. Rare!!
